Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping on all our interior design products.
Products will be shipped within ten days or as soon as stock comes in
Furniture will be calculated on weight during checkout or after.
Make sure to provide us valid information as we will send you the tracking numbers via email.
Delivery and Returns
We will try to have your order is delivered within two weeks from your order if this is not possible we will contact you by email
Some pieces will have a longer lead time or then they might be currently out of stock or be on pre-order if this is the case we will send you a message and we will get back to you
Furniture in order may have a longer lead time and again we will inform you of this
Postage costs Are worked out on weight and size And fragility In some cases we may need to contact you in regards to this cost
Please make sure that you include your address that all details are correct and they include a postcode we cannot take the responsibility for addresses that are not inputted correctly
Please add a telephone number as this will ensure that we can contact you and update you on yours delivery and schedule
Returns

Items must be returned in their original packaging
If an item is broken or damaged we may request a photograph

You are responsible for the full cost of returning your items on there is if the item that arrived is damaged or faulty we recommend you return with a tracked service as we’re not at responsible for parcels that are lost
If you receive a faulty item, We will send a replacement out to you soon as possible when we receive the original back
We will then refund the postage to you

We are trying to be environmentally friendly aware so we may use pre-use packaging to protect your goods it is only baby steps that we are using to trying to Encourage less wastage
